What we guarantee — in writing
- Transfer-billed fairly: a transfer only consumes a credit after 60 connected seconds — a sub-60-second drop is returned, no argument.
- No credit wasted: leads you can't take live become booked, confirmed, reminded appointments on your calendar. Straight talk: a fallback appointment that no-shows does use the credit — we chase and rebook them for you, but on fallbacks that risk is yours. That trade is exactly why a live transfer here costs $80, not $129.
- No-questions credits: wrong number, disconnected line, out-of-licence-province, over age cap, or duplicate — credit returned, no argument. 48-hour window, call recording is the arbiter.
- Delivery or refund: any credits we haven't delivered within 60 days are refunded in cash. We only sell volume our engine already delivers.
- What we never guarantee: your sales. The conversations are ours to deliver; the close is yours.

Why $1,400 to start: that's the range we see across our own final-expense book — non-med cases carry meaningfully bigger premiums than typical family-market business. Slide it to your own average; every number below follows you.
Every input is yours, not ours — this is a model, not a promise or typical result, and not a guarantee of income. Renewal commissions (years 2+) excluded — they're upside on top. Math: annual premium × 45% base commission × (1 + your override). At 120% override that is ≈ 99% of AP in year one; top contracts run 170%+ override. Renewals excluded — upside on top.

How delivery works
- Leads are generated and owned by Dundas under our consumer brands; the AI makes first contact under our brand, CASL-compliant, on a disclosed recorded line.
- You get a login showing your booked appointments and those contacts only — connect your calendar once, bookings appear with SMS/email notifications.
- Transfers require standing weekday availability windows — set them once, change them any time. The more available you are, the more of your pack arrives live instead of as calendar bookings.
