Appointment Pack Terms
Plain-language terms for prepaid appointment and live-connection packs. By purchasing a pack you agree to these terms. They exist so both sides know exactly what a credit is — before, not after.
1 · What a credit is
- Showed Appointment (Business Owner packs): a prospect who attends their scheduled meeting (video or phone), whose identity matches the booking. A prospect who does not attend is a no-show — no-shows never consume a Business Owner pack credit and are chased and rebooked by us.
- Warm Live Transfer (Final Expense Live Transfer packs): a qualified prospect live on the line, transferred during your stated availability window. You have 20 seconds to answer; a transfer bills only after 60 connected seconds — a sub-60-second drop is returned. Leads you cannot take live (missed transfer, or outside your windows) are delivered as a booked, confirmed, reminded appointment on your calendar using the same credit. A fallback appointment consumes the credit when booked; fallback no-shows are chased and rebooked by us as a service, but are not re-credited — this trade is why transfer packs are priced below show-guaranteed units.
- Raw Lead (Final Expense Raw Lead batches): an exclusive, fresh, CASL-consented final-expense inquiry delivered in real time — never resold, never previously worked. Credits replace wrong/disconnected numbers, out-of-province, over-age-cap, and duplicates (48-hour window). No contact-rate, appointment, or sales outcome is guaranteed on raw leads; once delivered valid, a lead is consumed.
- Business-owner qualification floor: each business-owner credit is a prospect who stated in qualification that they are incorporated, the decision-maker, and hold meaningful corporate funds. Fails the floor → credit returned.
2 · No-questions credit returns
- Wrong or disconnected number · prospect outside your licensed province(s) · over the stated age cap (Final Expense) · duplicate of a prospect already delivered to you. Credit returned, no argument.
- Disputes: raise within 48 hours of delivery. The call recording and qualification record are the arbiter. Returned credits are replaced with new deliveries, not cash — except under §3.
3 · Delivery windows & refunds
- Credits are delivered within 60 days of purchase. Any credits still undelivered at the deadline are refunded in cash, pro-rata, on request or automatically at day 75.
- Delivered credits are non-refundable (the service — the conversation — has been rendered).
- Packs are prepaid. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Founding-cohort pricing may change for future packs; your purchased pack price never changes.
4 · Your commissions, your responsibilities
- You keep 100% of commissions on business written from pack-delivered prospects. No split, no referral fee, no trailer to Dundas on pack business.
- You are responsible for holding an active life licence and E&O in the provinces you take prospects from, for the suitability and compliance of any advice or sale, and for conducting yourself per your regulator and MGA requirements. Dundas provides marketing services only.
- Business-owner packs: maximum two packs per broker, after which continued delivery moves to a Partner Program conversation. 50% of your first business-owner pack price credits toward the Partner Program deposit if you join within 90 days of purchase.
5 · Leads, data & access
- Prospects are generated and owned by Dundas under our consumer brands. First contact is made by our AI assistant under our brand, on a disclosed recorded line, CASL-compliant. Our assistant identifies itself as an AI whenever asked.
- You receive system access showing your delivered appointments and those contacts only. No export, resale, or re-marketing of Dundas-owned contacts outside the delivered engagement.
- Prospects who do not proceed with you may be re-engaged by Dundas; prospects you are actively serving are yours to serve.
6 · The honest part
- No income or sales guarantee. We guarantee delivery of the conversations described above. We do not guarantee — and nothing in our materials should be read as guaranteeing — any number of sales, any income, or any outcome. Close rates vary by broker.
- This is a marketing-services purchase. It is not employment, not a partnership or joint venture, not a franchise, and not an MGA or carrier contract. You remain fully independent.
